CirBioWaste Third Online Training on Bio-Waste Management in October 2026
The consortium of the Interreg Euro-MED CirBioWaste project is pleased to invite you to participate in the Third Online Training on Bio-Waste Management: Closing the Loop at the Source through Community Composting, taking place on 9th October 2026 (10 am WEST / 11 am CEST / 12 pm EEST).
The CirBioWaste Project, co-funded by the Interreg Euro-MED Programme, brings together partners from Spain, Italy, Greece, Portugal, and Bulgaria. Coordinated by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), the consortium includes leading organisations such as Fundació ENT (Spain), CIC (Italy), ZERO (Portugal), REAP (Bulgaria), and Ecorec (Greece). Together with 19 associated partners from 6 Mediterranean countries, the project aims to promote the transition to a circular and resource-efficient bio-economy by transferring and adapting proven bio-waste management solutions to different local contexts and strengthening regional governance frameworks.
The CirBioWaste project foresees a series of activities, namely technical visits and both in-person and online events, whose purpose is to disseminate information and gather new contributions, particularly from the entities that will take part in the planned initiatives.
